The Howard County Elementary Enrichment Band is a countywide program for elementary school band students who excel in their public school band program. Students are nominated by their respective band directors to audition based on their demonstration of excellent music skills and cooperation in the school band program.  The directors of the Howard County Enrichment Band are Mr. Kendall Davis and Mrs. Peggy White.
